Data Analyst, Client Services
In this role, you will be responsible to relay any & all information to your assigned client regarding their portfolio. The information includes, but is not limited to weekly & monthly financial reports, maintenance projects timeline and cost dashboard, P/L reports upon clients’ requests. Requirements:
Bachelors Degree(Majors in Business Economics or Project Management preferred)
Strong Knowledge of SQL and/or JavaScript & Microsoft Office(Excel/Powerpoint)
Excellent work ethic
Proven track record in analyzing date trends & addressing potential issues with C-Level executives.

Customer Service Associate, Residential Management
We are currently seeking to fill the role of a Customer Service Associate in our Residential Management Department. In our Residential Management department, you will be the first point of contact for the residents/tenants who may inquire about their current lease/upcoming renewal, any issues within the community, billing questions- basically, any questions the residents have, YOU will have an answer for.(Don’t worry! you’ll be trained by the best)
Requirements:
High School/GED. Bachelors Degree(Preferred)
A sense of passion and empathy when speaking to people.
A genuine desire to help people.
A minimum of 2 years in resolution management experience.
